Debi Larkin- Chavez Owner/Director
Hello, my name is Debi. I am from Laguna Niguel, California and have lived in Arizona for about ten years now. I received my B.A. in Liberal Studies from Cal State Long Beach, my Teaching Credential from Cal State Fullerton & UCLA and my Master’s in Education (Curriculum & Instruction) from National University. I have been teaching collectively for about 15 years (grades preschool, K, 1, 2, 3 & 4). I have always had a passion for teaching. There is nothing more gratifying than inspiring children to be the best they can be…self confident with a positive attitude!
Phil and I have three amazing children Madison (11), Mattie (10), Jackson (7), a Bassett Hound named Jack and two Golden Retriever puppies named Charlie & Marlie. My children have by far taught me more than I could ever teach them. They are truly blessings from God. I am very excited to be working with a team of teachers who put their heart and soul into teaching children to truly make a difference!
Karin Eldred Assistant Director
Hello! My name is Karin Eldred and I am thrilled to
be a part of the Wee Blessings family.
My husband of 21 years, Mike and my 3 children, Lindy 16, Maclyn 14 and
Tucker 11, moved to Chandler 5 years ago from Paramount, California. I attended Long Beach City College where I
received my Early Childhood Development certification and taught in Christian
Preschools for over 15 years. I took a
year of when we first moved here to help my family adjust to their new life in
Arizona. I then secured a position at
The Grove Bible Church as their Children’s Ministry Director. Although I thoroughly enjoyed working in
ministry, my passion was for teaching.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with the staff at Wee Blessings
for a 3rd year and I look forward o helping your child develop socially,
academically and spiritually. Thanks for
entrusting Wee Blessings and myself with your child’s development.

As Wee Blessings Preschool & Academy and Smart Move Tutoring Marketing Director, my goal is to make sure families feel welcome, have a complete understanding of policies/procedures and to steer families closer to God's teachings.
Personally, I have been in the sales industry since college; starting in the auto industry as well as the custom furniture and interiors. Debi and I have been married since 2010 and have an amazing family.
