Dear Wee Blessings Preschool Parents,
In order to fulfill our fall 2008 state requirement, all parent volunteers must be fingerprinted and TB tested before they work in the classroom.
Wee Blessings Preschool & Academy, Chandler United Methodist Church and Crosslife are teaming up for two Safe Sanctuary days that offer several state requirements at one location for a minimal cost to all volunteers.
Safe Sanctuary Session II

11:00 - 12:00 TB Testing & Fingerprinting
Cost:
TB Testing - $22.00
Fingerprinting - $12.00 plus application fee from state.
You are more than welcome to get your fingerprint cards from the Chandler Police Department on your own and get your TB Test done at your doctor's office; we are just offering this as a one stop shop for our families.
If you already have both of these items, please photocopy the fingerprint card (front & back) and submit TB results to Debi Larkin or Lisa Sweeney to complete your file.
